Believers in Orissa have suffered over three months of unrelenting persecution by Hindu extremists. Their homes and churches have been burned. Their villages destroyed. Their constitutional freedom to worship Jesus ignored.
Tens of thousands are living in squalid conditions in relief camps. They don't have enough food to eat or blankets to ward off the cold winter weather.

Mission India Emergency Relief Kits
Your gift of $35 will provide basic supplies for a family of four:
- cooking utensils
- water jug
- blankets
- rice
- clothing for two adults & two children
- Bible and picture New Testament in local Oriya language
- food & medicine where most urgently needed
Mission India has committed to provide emergency help to 2,000 families in Orissa.

Our indigenous partners in the region are ready to distribute aid — and are praying that the Lord will provide the needed funds to make this relief effort possible.
To be honest, we are taking a step of faith. The economic challenges we all face today have impacted Mission India’s own ministry budget. The $70,000 we need to provide Emergency Relief Kits to 2,000 Indian families is in addition to the commitments we have already made to our program partners.
