A Lonely Boy

Chinar's anger isolated him from other kids, until
a Bible Club softened his heart ...

Every member of his family was responsible - except Chinar.

His oldest sister worked in a cotton mill to help support the family. His parents worked for daily wages at a fireworks factory.

9-year-old Chinar got kicked out of school for bad behavior.

He lost his temper at school a lot. And he swore at his classmates and teachers. Chinar had no friends, and he felt very lonely.

Now Chinar couldn't go to school. Instead, he wandered the roads, bored. A kind lady approached him one day and invited him to a Children's Bible Club.

Chinar thought, "I have nothing better to do," so he joined.

For the first few days, Chinar didn't pay much attention at the Club. But, then, he started enthusiastically learning Bible verses, songs and games. He even made some friends.

In time, Chinar began to change. He obeyed his parents and helped his family at home. And he accepted Jesus as his Savior at the Bible Club.

Chinar's mom and dad noticed the changes in him. They made a special request for Chinar's old school to readmit him. Now, Chinar is back in school and doing well.

Little Chinar is praying that his whole family comes to know Jesus as their Savior.
